Despite its critics, the concept and label of dyslexia is here to stay.  It is now enshrined in the legislation of all USA states, bar five.  Click on the map to find a comprehensive list of all dyslexia laws currently in place in the United States.  Then see, for example, how the California Department of Education, Sacramento, has translated their law into the very helpful California Dyslexia Guielines.
