Michael Lock is co-author of the Leadership Judgement Indicator (LJI-2) suite, including the Standard, Sales, Global, Local Government, and Fire and Rescue Service versions, published by Hogrefe. 

This section offers additional support for practitioners and clients, including background on the model, guidance on interpreting reports, and practical notes on using the LJI thoughtfully in selection and development.

The aim is to enable more discerning use of the instrument and to help organisations translate insight into leadership behaviours that foster a more inclusive workplace culture.
