Leadership Judgement Assessor (LJA)

Watch the video to learn how to assesses leadership judgement by asking candidates to describe good examples of times when they have used the four main leadership styles (Directive, Consultative, Consensual and Delegative leadership).  The LJA checks that their thinking process squares with the style chosen, so evaluating their leadership judgement and determining key development needs.
