Leadership Judgement Assessor (LJA)

The video describes how the LJA assessed leadership judgement by asking candidates to describe good examples of times when they had used the four main leadership styles (Directive, Consultative, Consensual and Delegative leadership). 

The LJA then checked that their thinking process squared with the style chosen, so evaluating their leadership judgement and determining key development needs.
